Estimated delivery times will be communicated after the project is confirmed.

Delays may occur if required files, revisions, or information are not provided on time by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

All necessary audio files
Correct file formats
Clear instructions for the project

We are not responsible for issues caused by poor quality recordings or missing files.

6. Revisions

A limited number of revisions may be included depending on the service purchased.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require additional fees.

7. File Delivery

Final files will be delivered digitally through a download link, email, or file transfer service.

Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their files after delivery.

We do not guarantee indefinite storage of project files.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original music and recordings.

We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio, promotional, or demonstration purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any processing or booking fees.

If work has already begun, refunds will not be issued.
